1/2 cup soft tofu
2 tablespoons soy milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 green onions, thinly sliced, or 2 teaspoons chopped chives
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed
Combine tofu, soy milk, oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in a blender. Blend until smooth. Scrape sides of blender as needed.
Pour into bowl and stir in green onions and dill. Add more lemon juice if a tangier taste is preferred. Cover and chill.
