Mommy & Me Yoga presented by HoliMomma Yoga

You and your little one will enjoy playful practice yoga poses and fun games that incorporate singing and movement! 

Yoga helps improve mobility and body awareness while nurturing self-esteem, creativity and relaxation. It’s ideal for children ages 2-6 years old but older children are welcome. It’s great fun for adults, too – no experience required!
